Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms offered panoramic views of the mountain, which was incredible, but the service fell short when a problem arose. The location was ideal for skiing, being right next to the lifts, but the dining experience left much to be desired with a poor selection of food.
The hotel offers a range of room options from basic wooden style to luxurious suites. Our stay in a luxury suite, which we have chosen for the last 2 years, was very comfortable despite the heat. The service was attentive and friendly, with staff always available to help. The location is ideal for a skiing trip with easy access to chair lifts and gondolas. The dining experience, although featuring local meats, could be improved with better service. The hotel boasts various facilities to enhance the guest experience.
I found the hotel to be a mixed experience. The rooms, although lacking ambiance, were clean and spacious with 2 twin beds and wardrobes providing ample space. On the downside, they were extremely noisy until 9 pm over the weekend and had no storage whatsoever, not even a chair to lay clothes on. The service was generally good with prompt assistance, very friendly and helpful staff, and a positive and willing attitude. However, they were a bit too prompt for my liking, sometimes interrupting before 9 am. The location was ideal for skiing with direct access to the lift system, which was a major plus, but the inability to charge drinks to the room from the bar after 7:30 pm on the last night was a downside. The dining experience was somewhat lacking for a four/five-star hotel, with no fresh orange juice and average food quality. Despite these issues, the facility had good log-burner stove and super-friendly staff, enhancing the overall stay.
Our stay at Paradise Hotel was a delightful experience overall. The rooms were incredibly clean, and we treated ourselves to the Princess Suite this year, which was a real treat. The only issue we encountered was that the rooms were a bit too hot for our liking, especially in March when we visited as a group of seven in 2 suites and a deluxe room.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was perfect for skiing, with chair lifts just behind and easy access to the slopes. The rooms, however, were smaller than advertised and a bit too hot during my visit. The service was a mix of friendly staff like Larissa at reception and some rude encounters. The dining experience offered a good selection of pasta and other dishes, but there were some limitations. The facilities were satisfactory overall.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms offered a superb view of the mountains and ski slopes through the panoramic window, and the jacuzzi bath was a nice touch, but I found the cleanliness lacking and the housekeeping service was poor. The bed, however, was comfortable.
The hotel offers clean rooms close to the ski lifts, but has some issues with stinking drains. The service, although attentive, has minor lapses in table settings. The location is ideal for skiing with easy access to slopes, but staff can be abrupt. The dining experience is efficient but can lead to queues. Overall, a good choice for a ski vacation.
I recently stayed at the hotel and decided to treat ourselves to the Princess Suite this year. The rooms, although large and quite clean, suffered from stinking drains, which unfortunately could not be fixed during our one-week stay. The hotel's location was fantastic, and the staff were terrific, but could be abrupt in certain situations. The dining experience had its ups and downs, with queues forming due to the serving style, but the food options were varied and satisfying.
The hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms with hardworking and friendly staff, especially in the bar for a cozy nightcap every evening. The location is lovely, with convenient ski facilities, but some noise issues and extra costs were drawbacks. The dining experience had its ups and downs with average quality buffet options. Overall, a decent stay that divides opinions.
The hotel offers a cozy stay with great room views and friendly service. However, some dining options could be improved. The location is perfect for skiing and offers good value for the price.
